Provided system administration and SASMO/CSSAMO expertise in Kuwait to ensure optimal availability of SAMS-E within STAMIS 24/7 environment for military clients of value-added logistics and IT service provider (VSE Corp). Installed and sustained dual tower Windows Server 2003 / 26 workstation XP-SP3 / Oracle 11g network and system components to ensure 99.9% uptime. Re-configured the SAMS-E peripheral 128-AES encrypted wireless network integrating Windows IIS, Air Fortress wireless bridge, 4 Cisco access points and 10 Intermec CK61 RFID handheld computers. Administered COTS software, workstations, printers, managed switches, CAT5e and fiber optic cabling.

Collaborated with eight project managers throughout system deployment and coordinated technical provision with 30 internal TIS staff and more than 50 military team members to propel project completion. Trained team members on hardware, software, and networking operations. Supported CONUS and OCONUS military installations within mainland United States, Hawaii, and Kuwait by resolving system issues for STAMIS with proven SASMO/CSSAMO expertise. TC-AIMS II technical liaison for live deployments from Hawaii. Installed, monitored, operated and maintained NIPR network hardware and software, including servers, laptops, and peripheral RFID equipment. Extensively leveraged Ghost imaging.  Implemented DOIM, DISA and AGM (Army Gold Master) security measures and disaster recovery procedures.

Filmed, edited, and produced 1394th Halfway, a Ulead video featuring active duty TC-AIMS II military personnel celebrating 50 percent completion of deployment, selected for exhibition at PM-TIS corporate, all-hands meeting and distributed to family members of U.S. Army 1394th Division soldiers by U.S. Army commanders.
